By accessing or using Bubble Form ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Service Description

Bubble Form is an AI-powered conversational form builder that allows you to:

  • Create forms using natural language descriptions
  • Collect and manage form responses
  • Enable conversational form filling experiences
  • View analytics and export data
  • Share forms publicly or privately

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Account Responsibilities

  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You may not share your account with others
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Collect personal information without consent
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Scrape or data mine the Service

Content and Ownership

Your Content

You retain all rights to the forms, responses, and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Bubble Form and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content

While we use AI to help generate form schemas, you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all AI-generated content meets your requirements and complies with applicable laws.

File Uploads and Storage

  • Maximum file size: 10 MB per file
  • Allowed file types: Images (JPEG, PNG, GIF), PDF, and Microsoft Word documents
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share files
  • We reserve the right to remove files that violate these Terms
  • We are not responsible for loss of data due to technical issues

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected immediately
  • The Service will be free from viruses or harmful components
  • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUBBLE FORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in content or any loss or damage incurred from use of content

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bubble Form and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
